Put all files into the root dir AND bin dir. I don't know which files go where exactly, so i just put them in both folders which works perfectly. SweetFX uses the SweetFX_settings.txt from the bin folder though. Disable any OSD's for this game. Fraps, MSI Afterburner, EVGA etc. You don't have to close the programs, just the "On Screen Display" option.
