@Ion It downloads the shaders that ReShade uses. You need to select yes.

I mean this big bright box too. At the first start there is a tutorial from the developer. Im not 100% sure, but i mean there was this question "would you download a (standard) shader pack?"

Thank you for the response Ion! Well, it wasn't Afterburner or any other backround program unfortunately! The effects path points to the right directory but apparently no shaders are being loaded... The respective entries under "statistics" and in the settings stay empty. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by suggested shaders in the Tutorial, all I get there is a big bright red box (where presumably the loaded effects and textures should be named?).
Anyway, thanks for trying to help!

Please check if you use Software like FRAPS or MSI Afterburner. There is no clue, but it COULD collide with Reshade. Disable all other Software you dont need for the game. And be sure to download the suggested Shaders from the Reshade Tutorial.

Mhhh... did everything according to the instructions, ReShade seems to work nicely as well but it won't load the presets. Any clue what could be the reason for this? Steam overlay? Any particular graphics setting? Help would be greatly appreciated as I love the game's visuals excluding the terrible blurriness.
