I used ReShade 4.0.2 Install by pointing ReShade at Launcher64 In the ReShade installer options check the box for Skip Tutorial and set the preset file path to the following folder \IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz\parts\core Move all ReShade files (reshade-shaders folder, ReShade.ini, dxgi.dll) to this folder (place your preset file in this folder too) Rename dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll Load game but don't open the ReShade overlay while in the game menus, there are some input issues. When in Track playback or in-game press the HOME key to bring up the ReShade overlay. If you get unresponsive mouse just open and close the overlay a couple of times and it should fix itself. From the General tab make sure preset file is selected. The effects should be loaded now. I force x16 Anisotropic Filtering in my graphics drivers too.
