Actually I cannot fix a flickering issue with Reshade or any SweetFX with R* version.
ENB actually works:

Better Lighting and more vibrant I think is most interesting, but I didn't see everything yet.

Just forget the game notes. You don't need the Boulotaur VInjector or sth. else. I'm running with the normal 1.5.1 Version...
