The white screen problem is related to AMD newest drivers. Roll back to 18.2.1 or older.
But after loading the game, everything is white...
Checked SweetFX. Reshade crashes the game.
OK. I managed to run it.
It's the same like in Watch Dogs in some configurations.
You need to disable all overlays in the system: from Uplay, Fraps, in Afterburner if enabled etc.
I have Radeon, 10 x64, crimson drivers.
I spent 1-2 hours on solving the problem of game not launching after copying sweetfx.
I used RadeonPro, but no matter whether I use 1.4 or newer version, x86, x64, it always crashes then. Dll were copied into RP root folder too. I have no idea what to do. Compatibility mode is not available for this app.
I saw all uploaded screenshots and compared them. For now I can say that this presets are the best
