When installing ReShade to Cemu install quint's shader suites & get the cartoon shader from the sweetfx collection (available to pick from at the ReShade installation). Open Cemu and right click the game>edit graphics packs>(expand)Workarounds>(toggle on)Brightness>(set it to) WiiU Default - Brightness fix only

A very fair and balanced colour preset which does not blow any scene or colour out of control but gives each part of the game enough of a boost to make it feel like a recent game.
PERFORMANCE IMPACT: Turn off ambient light if you are having low FPS (keep it on if your rig can handle it). This preset is just otherwise colour grading (which has next to no FPS loss).
