I install version 3.0, choose gta5.exe. but the sweetx folder does not appear to set the preset. I play through fiveM I want to install this preset http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/3571/, who can help?

That SweetFX preset is not for Reshade 3.0, it is for SweetFX 2.0. It doesn't seem like SweetFX 2.0 is available to download any more, so you're better off finding a preset that uses SweetFX 1.x or Reshade 3.0.
