Preset description:
This Reshade and ENB config is made to the VisualIV mod.
Install: Just unpack the zip to your GTA IV or EFLC directory.
Recommended mods in the readme.

Because the ingame on/off is bugged. Hard to disable.
look at other ppls preset,s you wil lsee what i mean by comparison
why don't you add comparison screenshots, eh!? People want to see the difference, not jsut it enabled.. just saying
