i use the Reshade v3.0.8 + SweetFX v2.0 mod

Try to run with compatibility mode (e.g. with 8.1 or others) or download the newest Reshade 4.x from https://reshade.me/downloads/ReShade_Setup_4.5.2.exe The preset (probably in INI or txt) should be compatible with newer version as I see in similar mod based on Reshade v3.0.8 + SweetFX v2.0 (it's just Reshade 3.0.8 and syntax should be the same).
