Apocalypse: a Cinematic Experience w/DoF
Preset description:

CRITICAL INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!!
1) Once you've downloaded this, you MUST go to the in game Reshade "Settings" tab and change "RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_IS_REVERSED=0" to "RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_IS_REVERSED=1" and then go back to the main "Home" reshade menu tab and click "reload" at the bottom of that reshade menu.
Failure to do this will render your entire screen 100% blurry while Depth-of-Field (DoF) is on.
2) After installing this reshade, you need to download this folder and copy-paste-overwrite the the files in the "reshade-shaders/textures" folder with the ones from this Dropbox download: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/zev64g410nac3dl/AABPmpjKviSTJtkGZo-BV42za?dl=0
DoF: To adjust the strength of the DoF on far away out-of-focus areas, adjust DOF_FarBlurCurve up or down. Increasing the value will give less blur. To adjust blur on the player-character when looking at far away objects, adjust DOF_NearBLurCurve. Raising the value will lower the blur.
CONTROLS
All of these are remappable once in game. (make sure numberpad is enabled or the controls won't work)
-Toggle ReShade menu on-off - Shift+F2.
-Toggle all ReShade effects - Scroll lock
-Toggle depth-of-field - / on numberpad
-Toggle sharpness - 5 on numberpad
-Toggle film grain - 3 on numberpad
-Black bars - 0 on numberpad
-Bloom and lens effects - 6 on numberpad
-Vignette - * on numberpad
-Toggle blur on player character (tiltshift) - 8 on numberpad
I recommend opening the ReShade GUI's setting's menu changing the following:
Toggle ReShade on and off with the END key
Toggle ReShade menu/gui with F1
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
!!!IMPORTANT
For me the game crashes if I use any form of ReShade or SweetFx in fullscreen mode. So you must enable borderless window mode to use ReShade if yours also crashes when trying to load the game with Reshade enabled.
Optimized for 50 brightness, 50 contrast, 50 gamma, 0 sharpening in the game's video options menu.
Turn in-game bloom off and set Godrays to off or on (but not enhanced) to achieve the same looks as me.

Abridged Version of instructions:
Download latest version of ReShade from here: https://reshade.me/
Run the .exe in admin mode and select GRW.exe in your Ghost Recon Wildlands main folder.
Choose DirectX 8/9
Say yes when it ask if you want to download a collection of shaders. Have these following shaders selected and deselect any of the effects not listed here:
AdaptiveSharpen
Border
Clarity
FakeHDR
Tonemap
Deband
Technicolor2
FilmGrain
DOF (depth of field)
BloomAndLensFlares
Vignette
Tiltshift
LiftGammaGain
GuassianBlur
Now download my preset here with the "download" button below. Rename that file "anythingyouwant.ini", the most important part is that the files name now ends ".ini" instead of ".txt" like it did when you downloaded it. Put that file in your game's main folder where you found GRW.exe and where your reshade-shaders folder should now also be installed.
Run your game and after you get a message in a grey box saying reshade effects have loaded, press Shift+F2 simultaneously to open the in-game ReShade GUI. Select the .ini file from that drop down menu. Toggle the effect with scroll-lock key. You can change these keys in the ReShade's settings menu.
Click continue until the boxes go from red to gray/clear. Done. Your new ReShade should be making your game look fapping sexy by this point.
Step-by-Step of Instructions:
1. Download the Reshade 3.1.0 (or a later version) from here https://reshade.me/
2. Scroll to bottom of page and download whatever the latest version advertised is.
Run the .exe that you just downloaded. Probably best to copy it to your desktop or someone first outside your downloads folder.
Follow the steps it tells you selecting yes everything it asks.
2. Select your "GRW.exe" which is in the main folder of the game.
3. Select the DirectX 8/9 version after you select the "GRW.exe."
4. Run your game
As your game loads up, you should see a grey box popup in the top of the screen saying it's loading all the reshade effects.
Once it's done, hit "shift+F2" and follow the promps. The most important thing is to hit the plus symbol next near the top of the Reshade GUI and type any name you want.
Follow the other prompts until the boxes turn from red to black or grey or whatever indicates you're done with the very short tutorial.
You can leave your game open or close it for this next step.
5. Go back to your game's main folder, where the "GRW.exe" is and look for that file you just created with whatever name you gave. It should be a .ini file.
6. Open the .ini file and replace all the text with the text from my preset on this page.
Save the file. Run your game or alt tab back to it. And then do step 7 if you your game is still running.
7. Reopen the Reshade GUI with Shift+f2 and click the click "reload". The new effects should start loading with my custom settings.
PROFIT!
UNINSTALLING
1. Delete the Reshade-shaders folder, dxgi.ini, dxgi.dll, and dxgi.log from your game folder. That's it.

You may notice a slight decrease in performance, but it should still be pretty similar FPS to what you usually get. The visual difference is night and day to me and I can't ever go back to vanilla.

I aint messing with tilshift :P. Looks unnatural. But Greets if you find a way to mix things and actually getting it to look good. ;) I agree Matso is much nicer. but for my rig I can not use it, and it annoys the heck outta me, lol. Gonna get a better grapiccard, and new ram soon. Cpu should be ok. ;). Realwildlands is done now btw. ALot more clarity than my others. Best I made so far versus fps cost. Tp me it is important to use as less fps as possible and best possible looks ;). LUT does wonders that way ;).

Appreciate the feedback. Yes the main reason I have the tiltshift there is to make it look like the character is out of focus, especially when in cover. I've messed with using DoF to do this, but it's hard to make the blur as strong without it being too much most of the time since DoF would blur the whole body.
I have to try magic dof in GRW, but yea in other games I've tried it in, I'm never happy with the quality.

It didn't look to bad. But I would skp the tiltshift. Or at lest adjust it. No point to have blurring on the character itself and to close. ALso a tip. Swap to MagicDoF. It is way less taxing. But thats up to you. Matso is nicer and smoother but take a shitload fps. :P Looks good else. I work on a film preset now and its gonna kick ass. Challenge is to get as little lightbleeding as possible. Not good to overdo it if going the realistic route, unless its meant to be like that by the reshade artist. ;)
