NOTE: If you have an Nvidia card, chances are that you are affected by the same problem as I am: ReShade does not get loaded in the Single Player campaign, while it does get loaded in the Multiplayer version. The former gets started by stvoy.exe, the latter by stvoyHM.exe. What happens is that when you launch the Single Player, the Nvidia driver ignores opengl32.dll because it loads its own OpenGL library that is assigned to this particular game (stvoy.exe). In order to prevent this, you have to rename stvoy.exe to stvoy2.exe for instance, and then ReShade should get loaded normally.
