alright, I fixed the tooltips via the beautiful renewed TipTac tooltip addon. Made them dark grey of course, darkish background, dark health bars, smaller health text, just pristine as I likes it.

ok I fixed the tooltip. it required an exit and a reload of the game. now how hard was that
the tooltip is literally moving up/down on its own for a reason only god knows.
I demand perfection! lulz
upwards. I can't even spells
not sure why the tooltip location is shifting upward, since I locked it full time with 'MoveAny' addon, but whatever. sigh. I hate imperfections.
