Call of Duty: Black Ops III
SweetFX game notes:
Reshade Framework:

Run Mediator.exe and add the game executable in the left box. Select your preset in the right box.
If no Reshade framework version exists of your preset, manually recreate it in the GUI or create your own.
Mediator does not need to be running to apply the effects.
It's just a program that centralizes all presets in one location.
