this file has compiling errors.
in the first Line there is an "a" which makes an error.
just delete it.
After that you get a second error:
ReShade.fx (17,16): errorx3003: redefinition of ´Timer´
and i dont know how to fix that.
i think your preset is the most beautiful but cant get it to work. :(
please help.
