I get the mentality, you probably worked hard on your reshade and use it in all your games, trust me, I used to be the same, to some extent I still am, but on the rare occasion I upload a reshade it's never the same one, and I always show screenshots, don't give us that bullshit "if you do something good you gotta share it with others" because you already did that when you uploaded it for 'The division' and 'Batman:arkham knight' and now final fantasy, you can pretend everyone saying this isn't realistic, is just "haters hating", but at the end of the day I'm guessing the reason you put your reshade out there is to get downloads and to improve someones game.
Here are people giving you general critisisms that you could use to improve your reshade and make both of those more likely yet your refusing to take any of it on board.
when I first started reshading I really overdid it with hdr and tonemaps (I used a vga monitor so blacks were naturally grey) people tried to tell me everything was too dark and I didn't listen, eventually I grew up, realised my mistake and my reshades became better as a result.
By all means filter out the comments that just say your reshade is bad, but try and take on board the comments that tell you what people didn't like, you don't have to take down your prests, just add new ones alongside them which is what most people do.
Here's my personal bit of advice
download this 'ninjafada.com/sweetfx/DX9IVv1.4.7z'
it will allow you to preview reshades over any images you happen to have, so even if you don't own the game, you can take screenshots from other people and use them just as an example of what your reshade can do.
Also from personal experience, don't combine, cartoon, colourfullness and vibrance at the same time, it tends make clipping of blacks worse, personally I use vibrance because it's a very subtle saturation increase and it makes the colours pop without looking cartoonish.

If you does something good you have to share it with others, thats what I am doing, call it spam or what, plus definition of spam is different and as far as preset concern, it have so many effects yet so little impact on performance, moreover it had same effects on all games with balance of their day and nigh cycles, I didn't saw any preset like mine, so yes I did a dam fine job and if you still don't like it don't download it simple.
