Does anybody have a preset that replicates the "Pop" effect in the Adobe After Effects plugin "Magic Bullet Looks" at the values (50% strength, 100% size)? It makes details "pop". Basically sharpen and contrast. Should be universal and not game specific.

I kinda got it. Tonemap with negative exposure and positive bleach, with bloom to control the excessive highlights and then this local contrast shader by TCPIP http://reshade.me/forum/shader-presentation/27-gaussian-blur-bloom-unsharpmask?start=6 Sadly that shader by TCPIP cuts FPS in half.
