The problem is that I want to install "more colors by siwyandrew" preset for Assassin's creed II that runs on SweetFx 1.3 but I am not able to find the SweetFx 1.3 folder to download anywhere ?

That's not sweetfx 1.3 that is sweetfx configurator 1.3
