I just reinstalled the game and will most likely update my ReShade soon :D

There's nothing to earn from "upgrading" to ReShade 3.0.

I especially hate ReShade 3.0 interface :/...

Which preset are you trying to use?
Mine just needs to be copied to the folder where TheDivision.exe is located, nothing else.
And when you start the game you should see text @ the top left of your monitor, do you see that? if so, it means it's working.
You can also try to check the log file

Anulu and other... If ReShade can't capture with PrintScreen, then try to use Share (Nvidia GeForce Expirience Beta), this software can record video and also save screenshots (Alt+F1 if don't change keybindings). May be it help you.

I've no idea, you can still use windowed or borderless mode to take screenshots ;)

It's an issue with The Division, print Screen in fullscreen mode and reshade screenshot don't work.
