Doom 3: BFG Edition
SweetFX game notes:

Step 1:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DOOM 3 BFG Edition
Extract/Drop ReShade into: DOOM 3 BFG Edition folder

Step 2
Once you have completed step 1. (if so give yourself a cookie because your awesome)
Find "ReShade Setup.exe". that is now in your DOOM 3 BFG Edition folder and "Run" it.

Step 3
You will be greeted by a welcome box and an option to "Select Game"
Click on "Select Game" (sometimes it will open to an empty box, don't be worried)
Navigate your way to your DOOM 3 BFG Edition folder and click on Doom3BFG.exe.
That's it
[You will then see a greyed out box of the Welcome pop up and OpenGL marked.}

Download a preset of your choice
