Sharpen TAA Blur

Preset description:
Attempts to counteract the built in TAAs blur, while keeping it active to eliminate anti aliasing. This with the FOV changer should minimize motion sickness. Has an optional preset for "notpeelz xhire" that adds a crosshair at the correct height for vehicles when using the FOV changer +30 mode, while holding right mouse button.
