This preset uses HQ4X upscaling, and it also has some contrast and color changes. The goal of this preset was to give it a less pixelated cartoony look. Make sure you set the in-game filter to NONE and use 1080p fullscreen. To install the preset, just extract the zip archive to your game directory. The archive can be downloaded from the link in the text file that you get from this page.
