Preset description:
Version 1.1 (removed glaring of loading screen etc.)
With this preset I've been striving for a more realistic impression.
· Custom bloom (deactivate Bloom in the game's settings).
· Custom anti-aliasing SMAA (deactivate AA in the game settings). SMAA has crisper image with a lower GPU load compared to FXAA (blurry) or MSAA (high GPU load).
· Ever so slightly reduced saturation
· Slightly reduced brightness (the game was somewhat overlit on my (well-calibrated) monitor.
Note 1: he MagicBloom effect is not perfectly tuned, and as a consequence the loading animation gets an extreme glow. If that should bother you, you could disable either ReShade or the single effect when not ingame.
Note 2: Outside lighting and colors in ACU have many issues, in my opinion. While the inner areas look gorgeous, the 8-bit color spectrum is not well handled outside in my opinion, leaving you with a choice to either have shadows underlit or sunny areas overlit. On top, many outside textures have washed-out colors that is hard if not impossible to compensate with ReShade, especially since you want to use ONE preset for the entire game. More so than with other presets, you may have to tweak this one to suit your tastes.
