Preset description:
Since I think the graphics of Portal 2 to be near-perfect (as in Star Wars Battlefront II), I mainly tweaked mainly contrast and bloom a little bit, and added some film grain, and chromatic aberration. Add either SMAA for low-cost high-value anti-aliasing or use ingame AA options.

Nice work, very subtle improvements. I think your bloom lowers the perceived contrast to the point that I preferred the game's look beforehand.
